Career Guidance, Counselling and Coaching must satisfy the ‘needs’ of each employee and advise accordingly based on ‘cultural differences’ and ‘ethical behaviours’ to achieve ‘wants’.The task of this book is to present the concept of Facilitating Career Development, as well as to critically analyse and evaluate all career development models, in relation to cultural differences and styles in real life situations.
