Framework for implementing Quality Management System in School

Seeing the fact and understanding the need of Quality in School education the framework of Quality Management System is taken in this book to lay down a structure within school in form of Management activity to achieve Quality. The ISO 9001:2008 standard is taken as guideline to achieve Quality with in teaching learning process. The aim of the proposed book is to provide a framework with case study for interpreting it according to ISO 9001:2008 guidelines.
