In Vojvodina, the Romanians living mainly in the southeastern Banat. Serbian-Romanian relations are traditionally friendly and Romanian community in Vojvodina is a bridge of cooperation between the two nations. Romanians in the Banat traditional herders in the new age period gained through modernization and civil elite and well-rounded national identity. Demographic characteristics of the Romanians in Vojvodina are in relation to other nations on the same territory, traditionally with lower population growth and frequent migrations. Quantity in that direction largely stagnated during the twentieth century, and in recent decades and reduced. Serbian-Romanian relations are analyzed in the second part of this work. Generally speaking for them can be said to have been friendly, and without conflicting nodes in history
