Reading refers to the ability to give meaning to texts and figures, thus its importance cannot be overemphasized as every aspect of our human endeavor has found reading to be not only crucial but also indispensable. This book set out to investigate the roles the Library who provides a serene environment for reading plays in enhancing reading culture in senior secondary schools, using some selected schools as case study.The result of the survey was quite revealing, it was discovered that the library according to a vast majority of the students affects their reading culture in a big way, due to the fact that the library provides conducive environment for reading and also makes lot of resources available for reading while also eliminating lots of distractions student face when reading in other places.Schools, governments, parents and other relevant stakeholders are advised to ensure that libraries are well equipped and students are taught the relevance of reading from a tender age.
