Therapeutic effects of Runner's Heel

This research book intend to provide therapeutic treatment effects of Runner's Heel. This study to find out the effects of ultrasound therapy and myofascial release in the management of pain and foot function on runner's heel. The investigator concluded that there is improvement in both the groups. But when comparing both and the statistical result found that myofascial release technique is more effective than ultrasound therapy in reducing pain and improving foot function among runner’s heel.
