This study is about Effect of Cocoa consumed of some hormones (Dopamine, Serotonin, Oxytocin, Epinephrine, Cortisol, Testosterone, Estrogen and Insulin) and was divided into two main groups, cocoa consumed and control group, and relation with different age and comparison between groups. The determine the groups were identified using a Elise technique to identify different hormones with different time first day, then repeat the process of determining the hormones after ten days and then after twenty days. In addition to giving groups a half kilogram of cocoa divided into different quantities and different times and then compere with the control group. Some hormones there was a significant between different groups (p > 0.05). From our finding we can conclude that cacao is the effect on the level of hormones that lead to some functions for example Blood pressure, insulin resistance, immune function, nervous system, skin and mood, the cacao that consist magnesium, copper, selenium and iron lead to depleted the levels of antioxidant substances due to their increased of utilization in the counterbalancing the negative effect of free radicals.
