Modern educational program

Modernization of the education system in Uzbekistan puts the issues of developing the professional competence of a teacher at one of the leading positions. There is a need for a qualitatively different teacher training that allows one to combine the fundamentality of professional basic knowledge with innovative thinking and a practice-oriented research approach to solving specific pedagogical problems, the need to form a personality who knows how to live in conditions of uncertainty, a creative, responsible, stress-resistant personality, capable of taking constructive and competent actions in various types of life activities. And in order to manage the process of personal development, you need to be competent. The concept of a teacher’s professional competence therefore expresses the unity of his theoretical and practical readiness in the holistic structure of his personality and characterizes his professionalism.
